Mattifying primer

I have been using and really like Boots No7 T zone rescue but they appear to have stopped making it! It worked really well for keeping the shine at bay. I have bought a soap and glory one to try but I'm shiny in the afternoon when I didn't use to be. Can anyone recommend a good mattifying primer? I've tried a benefit one and didn't find that worked that well either (not for the cost anyway).

Sorry I must of not read the post properly just saw you say you tried benefit. Though might be worth trying a different one as like I said they have a few.

Benefit's Porefessional. They do a couple of different ones, but they all reduce pores and shine and are a matte finish.. Generally about 25 quid for a big tube but a small amount goes very far! You can buy a little tester (or they give them free sometimes in boots) first to give it a try before buying the big tube!

Another one who hates the bodyshop instablur.
It made me look like a dried old prune, devoid of any moisture. My foundation went on horribly over it too.
Not a good look at all.

Interesting Ladybird! I do love a life hack! I've tried the insta blur actually and it didn't really work that great for me-and I was gutted as I love body shop stuff!

Body shop insta blur. I wear it alone and it's the only thing I've found which stops my shiny spam from scaring work colleagues

lanacane anti chafing gel.

I know it sounds mad but it has exactly the same ingredients as the smash box primer and works brilliantly. It cost about £6.

Oh I've never heard of that-prob a bit more than I was thinking of spending but I bet it'd last for ages. Might check it out thanks!

Becca Ever Matte is pricey but fantastic. It immediately takes the shine off and keeps make up there all day.
