High SPF daily face cream?

Any suggestions please? I'm 42, skin is fine, normal, but I am quite freckly (Irish skin) and getting more so. I use an SPF50 (Roche Posay) while the weather is warm but my normal skin cream doesn't have anything in it so I would like to start using a daily SPF. Can I just use the Roche Posay and then normal moisturiser on top (that sounds greasy to me) or is it better to get one that does both jobs? Cheers.

Also try Anthelios KA if you can get your hands on it. It's the LRP moisturizer with spd 100 and more importantly ultra high pdd. It's not too greasy (for me) and completely invisible.

My favourite under foundation is the new Spf 50+ ultra high ppd Cicabio by bioderma, because it's a great primer and also Co rains skin healing ingredients (designed for post surgical care).

I can't get on with the Anthelios xl ultra light at all...I know it's not greasy but I turn into an oil sli,K within an hour of putting it on!

remember that temperature is utterly unrelated to UV strength.

careful of the farty french name stuff unless it is 'Ambre Solaire' and labelled 'suncream'. Other suncreams are available. SPF moisturiser ofter contains bugger all SPF. Don't believe me? Ask the dermatologists.

I found a Korres SPF30 one in TK Maxx that is really fab. Reminds me of the old Japanese sunscreens, lovely light texture but without the silicones. This one but I think the packaging may have now changed (which would also explain what it was doing in TK Maxx).

I use the LRP Anthelios XL SPF 50+ Ultra Light after moisturiser. It's not greasy. LRP also do a SPF 30 matte finish one.
