Tights for a four year old with small feet and very long legs?

The subject says it all really. Lovely long legs and smallish feet mean that when we go up a size to get the length right the feet are huge and hang out the back of her shoes. Any recommendations?

I find Mothercare tights pretty long, I usually get the multipacks of navy ones.
