Lidl (Cien) Anti-Wrinkle Cream

I need to tell you I bought some a few days ago for the princely sum of £1.99 and I think it's rather good!

I don't believe any cream can remove wrinkles, and it doesn't, but it does make me feel less wrinkly - gives me a nice taut/less saggy feeling and consequently I feel I look better.

Anyone else tried it? How does it compare to expensive creams?

(BTW I am in the 50+ bracket so it has its work cut out!)

I tried the day cream, I like the texture and smell and my skin feels nice. It's perhaps slightly thick for me, I'm in my late twenties and I think it probably works better on more mature skin. For the price, it's excellent!

I've been using it for three years and my skin has never been better!

Yvonne - you might be better off starting a brand new thread as this one is 2 years old and lots of people only reply to the OP.

The best thing about it imo, is that it's cheap enough to slather on right down my decolletage and boobs too actually.

Medicated is fine. I have one it smells really purfumey and it puts me off.

That makes me even happier :)

I'm pretty sure these are the creams that had the same ingredients, in the same order on the label (so the same ratio/quantity of ingredients) as some comparable product from a brand like Clarins or similar when reviewed in the Times or other broadsheet...........

It smells mildly medicated but pleasant. I just put it on and my teenage son told me I smelled nice :)

Does it smell nice? I've been meaning to try it but the last anti-wrinkle cream I bought smelled horrible.

I use both the day and night cream in this range and I love it. Cannot believe the price I would not use anything else. Texture and smell is divine. Only thing lacking in the day cream is an SPF.
