Smart business wear

We received an e mail at work today about people's appearance. We have been informed we need to wear "smart business wear". I would described our current dress as smart casual. Although some people do wear jeans and trainers and they want to move away from that look. I could actually do with some new work clothes. Can anyone suggest wheres the best places for "smart business wear"?

m&s - pencil skirts, stretchy tops, necklaces, heels.

I think it really depends on the kind of style you like and shape etc.

Personally I like a Jigsaw suit as I am fairly tall and find that their stuff isn't too formal.
