I did - tis fab but you know you just then fixate on another aspect of the aging process or I do.

Am definitely a sturdy shetland pony.

Dont even look at Abby Clancy . She's like a thoroughbred racehorse in a field of Shetland Ponies. (Till she opens her gob)

Mrs CampbellBlack no I havent had botox . Still havent discounted totally as I have a very deep '1' (rather than '11's') between my brows.

Think I was having a mini mid life facial crisis before

Did you?

Abby clancy this week in bikini nearly made me cry

I became slightly fixated with it last year when reached goal weight post dc3 and still looked bloody crap in my bikini.

Although have now realised I was alsa no Abby Clancy (looks wise) before dc so unlikely to look like her now in a bikini.

Oh I think I am an apple but not sure i have noticed the indent Another bloody thing to look for.

MrsCampbellBlack · 13/06/2011 21:18

Right - for me its where my hips go in before my thighs go out if that makes sense. I think its an apple thing as pear shapes just go out in one smooth line.

It doesn't matter how slim I get - I always have the indent as thats where my last fat reserves cling too - makes bikini buying very stressful.

Report
noddyholder · 13/06/2011 21:16

what is the indent?

Report
MrsCampbellBlack · 13/06/2011 21:07

Oh I love a spanx slip - works wonders but I am cursed with the indent.

And I have only ever bought Viv in sale for less than that actually Wink

Report

Good lord - frieda spending £££ on a frock - I need a sit down and glass of wine Wink

I love Viv but do find they need spanx for ahem smoothing purposes.

Frieda - that dress will be fab for the prom and you will be v sophisticated compared to most. I wore mine last year - almost all of the other female staff were in M&S type floral dresses. What will you wear with it?

OP - thanks for the link but I am v scared of slinky red dresses. I intend to buy another skirt if ever the Selfridges sale gets around to starting (the site is down at the mo so that may be a sign?).
