Why do my bra straps always fall off my shoulders?
I have them on the shortest setting.
I do have quite narrow shoulders but not freakishly so
I suspect I am wearing the wrong size as back rides up too. Maybe this is part of the problem??
Please help- I know it looks horrible

Try House of Fraser or John Lewis

Thanks- thought that may be the case. Mainly wear plunge or t shirt bras anyway- yes, balcony ones fall straight off!
M&s measured me to be a 34b but apparently they are a bit shit at measuring properly. Will try going down a size.

If the straps keep riding up you are wearing the wrong style to suit your shape. Balcony type bras tend to be wider on the shoulders whereas you may be more suited to plunge shape bras.
If your bra rides up your back it is difinitely the incorrect size, as said it should fit snugly. Try going down a size around the back ie. 36D to 34C.

If the back rides up then the bra is the wrong size. The back should fit snugly and not ride up. As for the straps falling down, I've got no answer for that as mine do to. I think it's just the shape of our shoulders!
