Mediation meeting with LEA

Hi all

I have a pre tribunal meeting with my LEA in 2 hours does anybody have any advice?

We are asking for mainstream plus full time ABA and they are proposing a mainstream plus unit (the unit is for severe kids ) and we have proved that he no longer fits the criteria for severe he is more mild to moderately affected.
