Autism and Ssfs (schools and families specialist service) and early intervention

Hi,

I have a daughter at pre school diagnosed with asd. We have been told that she is to be referred to ssfs (schools and families specialist services).
Has anyone had any experience of this?
Also we were handed some forms entitled targeted support and early intervention request? Has anyone had any experience with this? What it is and what it's got to do with ssfs referral?

Also what are our chances of getting our daughter in our preferred oversubscribed primary in sept with an asd diagnoses but no statement yet?

We are so confused.
