We have a tribunal approaching for assessment for our DS who is dyslexic. We feel that we have a very good case and want to save our money for 'further down the line' when we will be going back to the tribunal to argue over the statement.
We have previously been to a hearing regarding a KS1 place for another child which we won so we feel buoyed by that.
Are we being naive or does it sound sensible?
