What are the best free /low syn ones

Obv there are sw burgers and sausages via Iceland

veggie rosemary and red onion are nice. Are they .5

Heck sausages chicken Italia are low syn and very tasty.

@Ricekrispie22 the chicken italia are half a syn each. Most of the others are half a syn for 2.

Heck Smoky Paprika and Chicken Italia sausages are only 0.5 syns for 2 sausages.
I think the best supermarket low fat sausages are Sainsbury’s Be Good to Yourself Cumberland sausages, 50% Less Fat which are 1 syn each.
Linda MCCartney vegetarian pulled pork quarter pounder burgers are 1 syn each.

I make my own burgers using 5% mince and a burger press. I make 6-8 at a time and keep the extras in the freezer.

Red onion ones are free. Think the LM veggie ones are half a syn. The Quorn low fat sausages are free.

I like heck sausages. Chicken Italia are half a syn per sausage or the spring chicken ones are half a syn for 2.

I'm not a burger person but I like the SW ones from Iceland.
