New Target Plan

I got my book last night with the new plans for target.

Having been at target for 17 weeks, I wish I had got this book then, it all makes more sense and I like the layout of the diaries.

I followed this route post hitting target and lost weight so it will be interesting to see what happens x

Grovee, would be interested to hear how you got on , after next week's weigh-in.
I'm still waiting for a clear week, to really put it to the test; would be Route A for me, too, but even that sounds too generous to me, as I don't seem to get away with much!
I might first try the extra a or b choice, but not the extra syns, as I would be disheartened by a big gain.

I've started following route A for this week

I got mine today. Like Pandora, I've been at target for quite a while but still found it really interesting. I like the fact that they've recognised that one size doesn't fit all as far as maintaining goes.

Groovee, I've been at target for years, and at my new, lower, target for one year, but even I have found this book helpful, as I like something structured.
Not put it into practice much yet, as I've had a few meals out recently, so didn't want to be having extra healthy extras as well.
But it's good to see target members being catered for.

They now have 3 routes according to how fast you lost weight in the 8 weeks before target. Then adjusting healthy extras and syns according to that.

Thanks. I've been a roller coaster so far.

Congrats for being at target for 17 weeks, that’s fab. Glad the new book is helpful. It was mentioned at my group on Monday. I have half a stone till I get to my target. No idea what happens once you get there! What does SW advise you increase to stop losing? Or is it just trial and error?
