Slimming World

Stuck in a rut

I've been a slimming world member for about 6 months and managed to loose 1 stone but the last month I can't seem to shift and have had little gains and losses.
I'm hoping to be referred for ivf but I have been told I need to loose 22 lb before they'll refer me at my next appointment June 21st.
Can I do 22 lb in 3 months?
Please does anyone have any tips to help me get out of my rut and shift those pounds?

I joined about 5 months ago but since Christmas I've lost the flow.
Wow well done 3 stone jan to June is amazing I don't drink water so going to give that a go from tomorrow.
Thanks everyone for your replies....I'm so going to do this!!

2lbs a week is very doable.
Meal plan
Food diary
Prepare snacks in advance
Count your syns

I had to lose 3st between January and June and did it. Lots of speed foods with every meal, trying new recipes and lots of water seemed to help x

I'm on it!! Eggs and 1 piece of brown bread for breakfast and a massive salad with feta and new potatoes for lunch and a banana and muller light for pudding.

We can do it!

When did you start?

Do a food diary.
Are you definitely weighing and measuring your a and b choices still?

Count your syns

And remember the saying “1/3 speed ON YOUR PLATE” (not next to it)

You can definitely lose 22lbs in 12/13 weeks. That's less than 2lbs a week. And what an incentive! I'm starting SW (again) tomorrow. Happy to be your SW buddy! I had IVF 23 months ago and had to lose weight beforehand. I now have a 14 month old. I need to shift the baby weight. We can do it!! X
