Tilda pouch - how do you syn?

I only started slimming world last night, so didn't get to do my shop yet (I go on Mondays) I only have a tilda pilau rice pouch to use. The app says 3 Syns for the pouch but I'm obviously not gonna eat the whole thing myself?

If you only have half then half the syns x

Not sure if this is correct, but I just divide it, eg if I had half id call it 1.5, if I had two thirds id call it 2 etc
