SW baked oats

Hi , I've just made SW baked oats can it be put in the fridge for tomorrow ? I'm quite new to SW would I have to write the ingredients down seperately on my food diary sheet ? Thankyou

I'm not keen on the soaked oats but this is delicious . I hope that you can see the recipe

Thankyou cheapskatemum, the baked oats are delicious even my 10 year old loves it 🙂 I'm 4 weeks into SW and so far so good 🙂

Hi! Yes, you can put it in the fridge for tomorrow. How organised you are! I'm a bit the opposite and struggle to wait for it to bake before wanting to eat it!

As for writing the ingredients separately, I think you would have to as presumably the oats are your HExB, so you write them in that column, the raspberries under speed food etc
