Hiya. Joined SW a week ago yesterday. I lost 4.5lbs 1st week and am very pleased.
Has anyone else just started and would like to hand hold over the months to come?.
Am around 14st now and 5ft5.
My ultimate goal is to lose 4 stone and be 10st.
