Hi all.

I'm starting SW again after not going for years (I have lost 3 stone calorie counting but I can't get back into it and still have another 3 to lose!) I can't get to a group so have ordered the books on Ebay to do it from home. They've not come yet and I want to start today, so after that ramble....! Could someone please tell me how many syns (or are they a HEB?) are in Quaker oats oat granola?
