I've been on a low carb diet since June & lost 11 kilos,but for the last month have stalled. My MIL has had great success on Slimming World & I'm thinking of converting ... Anyone else had a similar experience ? I'm also getting sick of no bread,pasta etc... I'm reluctant as I don't want to mess about with my metabolism too much- any tips ?
