Jess's routine is as follows and im not sure its right...

6.45am wakes up
7.15am Breakfast
9.00am nap
10.30-11am awake
12 noon - lunch
1pm nap
3pm awake
5pm tea
6.30pm bath
8-9pm bed

is this too much sleep for an 11 month old?!

Sounds just like ds's did at that point, we cut down to one 2 hour nap at 12 months which meant he went to bed earlier and slept 7 til 7.

My ds had a very similar routine to Jess. It sounds spot on. You will probably find as well as she gets older she will drop one of the naps (ds dropped the afternoon one and has 1 2 hour nap at 11am) and because of this will be more tired and get up later.

Sounds fine, similar to DD2's, except she goes to bed at 6.30, wakes at 6 - 6.30am, then has an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon.
Such a change from DD1 who slept 13 hrs a night, but only 2 half hrs during the day.

i wish she would do 12 hours a night!!!

i liek the routine dont get me wrong, who wouldnt love nearly 4 hours to themselves during the day, but im concerned she's sleeping too much!
