My 17 month has been on just the 1 bedtime bottle since 12 months. During the day he isn’t interested in milk at all but drinks lots of water out of his soppy cup. He has had a lot of teeth come through recently so I am keen to get rid of the bedtime bottle. But It is the way he gets drowsy to fall asleep. He doesn’t fall asleep on the bottle but it really helps get him get sleepy, usually he is asleep within 20 mins of having the bottle.
Does anyone have any tips on what weaning off the bottle? I feel I will need something else in its place to help get him sleep as he is such an active toddler it can be really hard to settle him otherwise. Once asleep he is a great sleeper, sleeping through most nights.
TIA
