Exactly what my title says really...

DS (yr 10) struggling in a particular lesson, emailed teacher over a month ago to request help and support as to what we can do at home, no response, email home on Friday from HOD to say behind not happy with attitude to learning (WTF) and detention this week, I email HOD back requesting a phone call, surprise surprise no response, email HOY to complain again no response, HOD calls gives me a load of bull s*&%t says will investigate and call me back, two days on no call (but ds now has a work book for work in yr 11 & a text book), emailed HOY again demanding meeting and guess what still no response.

To say I'm fuming is an understatement so where do I go from here?

I'd be tempted to forward your original email to the Hod and HOY and cc in the head.

Is it possible they are sending messages through your ds that aren't reaching you?
I would ring the school, explain that you wish to make an appointment and wish to have it arranged before the end of the week and would they please contact you personally. If they then don't get back to you, you will need to go to the school in person.
