Am I overreacting ? Abusive bf?

My boyfriend has never hit me, but he has pushed and pulled me around in arguments, one time threw food over me and one time used his foot to kick me out of bed and I fell on the floor, if we argue he records me on his phone.. he tells me I’m the problem cos I’m negative ( I’m not ) he insults my appearance in arguments and the latest thing is we were suppose to go out with his work friends but I had no makeup and wanted to go natural face and he went crazy at me saying I was a problem and couldn’t go with no makeup so he went without me leaving me to feel he’s ashamed of how I look without makeup .. am I crazy thinking this is abuse even tho he doesn’t beat me?
