Husband doesn't want me

Hi just want some advice I have a toddler with my husband. We've been together 6 years and got married this year. He really wanted another baby and so did I so we started trying and I fell pregnant very quickly. He seemed so happy I was pregnant until a week later when he was telling me how unhappy he has been and thinks we should break up. He says he still loves me and doesn't want to break the family up but I'm in pieces and I don't know what to do. I can't have another baby on my own with my toddler. And I really don't want him to leave but I feel like he's given up on us.

He isn't interested in counselling he thinks it won't work. He just seems to be going round in circles and I'm not getting any answers. He's very difficult to talk to about serious things.

I thought it might be the realisation of having two kids but I now think it may be more. I'm trying to keep things normal for my daughter but she's noticing we aren't as happy and that he is working a lot more to stay out the way.Sad

You obviously need to talk things through with him, probably slowly. Maybe you should try to find a couples counsellor?

I think now he is scared of how to cope with 2 children. it may pass.

Why did he say he was unhappy? What does he now say about the baby?
