Hello, I am a FTM looking for pram recommendations! Please can someone help me as I’m struggling to find anything suitable 🙁
I’m petite and don’t have a very big car so ideally what I am looking for -
Suitable for newborn (ideally with carrycot or newborn insert)
Light(ish) - I have found the popular prams such as M&P occaro and icandy too heavy
Compact when folded
Folded with the seat on
Compatible with Cybex infant carrier
Needs to have wheels/suspension suitable for pavement but the odd cobblestones, gravel, curbs etc
Good reviews
Price wise I am happy to pay more for the right pram!
Any help would be appreciated 😊

Sounds like you’d be better with a travel pram with newborn attachment! We have the mamas and papas Airo for our toddler which we will be buying the newborn insert for, it folds down with this on too. Only downside is it doesn’t have much basket space underneath but we have managed without this as we don’t do food shops with the pram anyway. Alternative would be the baby zen yo-yo with newborn pack, I don’t have this but have seen sooo many with it. Maybe a doona could be an option? Only lasts them until they’re 12m but we have considered this for our second as we also have a dog and because it’s a pram thats chassis folds down, it can go into an isofix base. You actually don’t need to worry about finding somewhere in your car for it which is a bonus!

Pram shopping is a complete minefield 😅
