Utility room & boiler dilemma

Are there any rules on the amount of space you have to leave in front of the boiler?

I need to box in my boiler, Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior Combi, how much space do i need?

The front of the boiler, will have a gap of about 60cm for an engineer to service it, but is that enough?

I had an engineer from British Gas say that was fine but my kitchen fitter has now said it was too small and now I'm confused-help!

According to the instructions you can leave 60cm clearance in front - but if you decide to box it in you need to have adequate ventilation and obviously you need to have sufficient access to service it - so opening door or doors access bigger than the boiler.
