What is the Ultra Matt front door paint I'm seeing sometimes?

I've noticed a couple of front doors that look like it isn't eggshell they are painted with, but something even denser and more velvety, with zero sheen until you go right up close to peer at the paint.

Does anybody know what it is?i wondered if possibly they'd used Cuprinol garden paint in their front door, because the colour looked similar in several instances, to Cuprinols duck egg shade.

I love the look and want to do my door, while it's hot.
