When are we likely to hear results from the survey?

Had survey done on the house we're buying today. Horrible timing with Xmas, I know.

Any idea how long it usually takes to process these things?

Couldn't be arsed to call them today but to our amazement we just had the full report emailed to us, 24 hours after the survey!

We had ours on the 22nd and got an over the phone summary yesterday as he said we wouldn't get the report until jan. Possibly worth calling today if they're open and seeing if they'll give you a run down of anything major?

I would expect a report within five working days. It is worth chasing as the more you ask the quicker it will be (as with all things in house buying/selling).
