Our prospective agent isn't with whom I think are the main players but maybe that's just my opinion. Thought I'd get the wisdom of mn!

I think I would be cautious unless the property you're looking to sell is something extraordinary. If it's a ten million pound mansion, I don't suppose prospective buyers would be looking on Rightmove Wink

I think I would be very cautious.

So i guess you'd be cautious about using an agent that wasn't with rightmove then!

primelocation seems to have nicer houses, although i use the right move app, i love the street biew option often gives a more genuine image of the property.

I did loads of research and as the others have already said, Rightmove is the biggest and best.
I also use Zoopla to check sold prices in that area/street and to find out how long a property has been listed, but they have fewer properties on their site, so use Rightmove for the actual searching.

Rightmove - only one agent in our town doesn't use them. Our agents in Spain are on the International section. I use it all the time as am obsessed by property Grin

I checked Rightmove obsessively when we were looking. Occasionally took a look at zoopla or something.
