Just looking for some advice about a family member who is posting photos of my children on Facebook. Does anyone know if there’s any way of stopping them posting? I’m concerned about the potential for identity theft and my children have also said they don’t like her posting their baby pictures all the time. I am no contact with her so we are not facebook friends but friends are telling me she’s posting photos most weeks. My children are 9 and 11 years old. I have contacted facebook and asked them if they can remove the photos but they say I have to report each photo individually and because we are no longer friends on FB I can’t do this. Any advice would be gratefully received

If you are NC with her then how on earth does does she have so many photos of your kids? You need to make contact, no matter what the circumstances are and firmly tell her to stop posting and take them all down. If she refuses then you are well within your rights to inform the police - there is child protection at stake here

We’ve only been NC for the last year. I will try but I’m pretty sure she will just ignore my wishes. I didn’t realise the police would be interested, thanks for your help.
