My 2nd was the most painful turned out she was very very tall!

my daughter was extremely painful, it felt like she was trying to dig herself out, lots of scratching sensations!!
also so painful in my pelvis and when she moved, turned out she was a big girl and i'm not but my bump actually measured 2cm too small so it's not always accurate...

yeah I had that with ds1. ds2 was fine, but he was back to back so maybe that makes a difference?
this one is midway between the 2, very uncomfortable, but certainly not as painful as it was with ds1

this is my 2nd but i have to say with ds i had none of this, he was a breeze. not one twinge til labour so this all feels new to me. sounds sily but it does feel like a 1st pg cause its all different.

I'm 26 weeks with 2nd DC & am finding the movements quite uncomfortable this time & I know they will probably get worse as the baby gets bigger. Seem to remember them feeling quite reassuring and fluttery last time. At times feels like the baby kicks the top of the cervix and that is really weird. At least you girls haven't got long to go now !

Me too... I'm 36 weeks on Wednesday and am finding my bump very painful - almost like my body is full of air pushing against the sides. So when my little girl wiggles around, it stretches my body to it's limits and it feels like she's trying to push out...

Was also getting shooting pains in my groin, so was thinking her head was moving down but that's eased now so thinks she's popped her head out again.

First baby for me...

Hello im 38+4 and i can agree with u that the kicks and movements are quite painful i keep getting sharp paind low down too in my bits as tho baby is trying to burrow itsel out LOL. I also have the real heavy feeling and feel the need to carry my bump wen walking, well at least we havent got long to go :-) xxx

Not sure but I sympathise. Just thinking about attempting the stairs to use the loo with the baby sitting on my bladder. Not sure I will be able to get up tbh without a bit of a leakage... Iam 39 weeks on MOnday!

Also been getting sharp pains when I lie on my side in bed. Think it must be the baby lying on a nerve or something...
