Anyone not have sore breasts in early pregnancy

NakedInnocence · 09/03/2009 17:00

I will admit this is originates from symptom spotting but a session of googling brought me to mumsnet so hoping for someone more knowing.

Talking to a work colleague about pregnancy today and she stated that sore breasts are the one symptom that everyone is guaranteed to get, everything else; morning sickness, tiredness, peeing etc only affects some women.

Seems odd to me but have never been pregnant so have no clue, is it true?

Will now go and explore
Thanks

Sore/sensitive with first pregnancy although it did come and go. Not so much with second but my god have they grown this time, I'm up 3 cup sizes at 24 weeks.

@JaneY28 I have the same symptoms - but not dared to test yet. No idea how late I am as my cycle's erratic.

I didn't get sore boobs. And they only grew a cup size, but did get fuller.

I just hope when I retake the test it’ll show positive I’m always regular and I’m not really sure how long to wait till I take a test

Hi lovely ladies. I’ve missed my period by 6 days 7 days tomorrow no sore boobs a lot of cramping and sharp abdomen pains I took a test negative. Was it too early to take a test? I feel pregnant if that makes sense my girl boobs hurt so bad made me cry son not so much and I didn’t spot on either so I’m confused 🤷‍♀️ thanks ladies

Never had it with first pregnancy, a bit second pregnancy but guessing that's because I breastfed and so the factory is starting up again.

Must say every pregnant woman I know got tiredness in first trimester, thought that was a fairly universal symptom!

Has anyone ever had firm breast but their breast not hurt as a pregnancy symptom?

Hi ladies, I am new to this sight but have been sifting through the threads and loving the information available from real people!
I just wondered If anyone has experienced painful boobs a week before AF with them easing up on the day AF is due and still be in with a chance of getting a BFP?
Or am I just clutching at straws? Smile

1st pg (MC)--very very very sore
2nd pg (16 weeks now)---a little bit sore in beginning, but nothing like before, and it went away.

So I think not only is every woman different, every pregnancy is different!

No, and no morning sickness either. Actually no physical symptoms at all (apart from a bit of tiredness and hunger) until quite late on. Pregnancy was a total breeze until I got to about 7 months and got the most horrific heartburn.

Mine were a bit tender but nothing like I expected - as you say, everyone tells you they'll be really sore. They weren't, and aren't (I'm 18 weeks).

If you are symptom spotting - before I missed my first period I got little stabbing pains deep inside my boobs, rather than the usual pre-menstrual soreness. And I was dizzy whenever I stood up. And had a funny taste in my mouth. And something that felt a bit like period pain, but never got worse, just carried on being quite mild.

Yip i have had it in both my pregnancies - in fact this is what has prompted me to do the tests both times.

in first pg - no and 2nd pg - yes
