early pregnancy upper arm aches

i'm so worried because for the past few days i've been having aching ( it feels like the aching after you go to the gym but for no reason at all) in my upper arm and my my upper shoulder (not anywhere near the tip of my shoulder) i'm so worried it's ectopic, but i went to see the doctors today but they were like there probably nothing wrong but they gave me an early pregnancy scan

I have exactly the same and I’m 4w+3. The dull ache all down my arm is driving my crazy!!!

Oh my god me too!! Worse on an evening & a night! How about you? I’m 4w5d & my left upper outer arm is sooo achey. Feel like i need to constantly rub / punch it 😂

Mine is just a constant dull ache all the time like a dead arm!

Have you had a positive outcome despite the arm ache? I'm 4 weeks roughly and had arm pain. Was sent for blood test and hcg is 96 which is normal for 4 weeks and was sent home as they think it's just muscular. Another blood test tomorrow to make sure levels are rising as they should
