2nd pregnancy, feeling pain from stitches from first birth

Has anyone else experienced this and do I need to get it checked out? I have never had any pain from my stitches (2nd degree tear) following the birth of my baby almost 2 years ago, until now (31 weeks pg) - it feels like a sharp pain if I get up too quickly, turn over in bed or have walked a long way. Is it just the pressure and extra weight of this baby?

I have pain from my episiotomy scar, baby is sitting much lower this time and mw said its putting more pressure on my bits - I'm 30 wks. Its getting to the point after a day on my feet chasing ds (16mo) I'm sore and swollen and have used fozen peas (obviously wrapped in towel ) to help. during night I have aching pain, it feels almost bruised and very localised around my scar... not been sharpe tho - def ask mw about it as Pheebe says it could be spd, my mw wasn't much help, just said its one of those things but then my stiches didn't heal well and I'm down to have a little corrective surgery after I've had all my children.
