Hi everyone,
I had my baby earlier this month and, as some advance warning, when it comes to the dreaded first post-birth poo (sorry tmi) - don't make the same mistake as me!
I was so scared that it was going to hurt that I refused to go and held onto it for six days!
Then when I finally couldn't hold on any longer so had to go - I couldn't pass it. I was on the toilet for an hour - and even after all of that time, my bowel still remained full and the toilet remained empty. It just wouldn't quite go through the "opening" and kept going back up instead (sorry tmi)
So when the urge arrives - go and sit on that evil toilet!!! Don't make the same mistake as me!
xx
