Very Low HCG levels, possible ectopic

im a mum, with three year old, who has had no problems prior to the birth of the three year old.
Since then ive been through one ectopic and two miscarriges and I think THIS is another ectopic.
It started with a bleed that has not stopped since 13th feb and still going but tappered to black 'old' blood, but still coming out.
If im having a miscarridge how long should i bleed for and how much as THIS time it feels diferent.
Ive been to the doctors and the HCG lvls are 32 then 48 hrs later 47 so not doubling .
Help im confused!!

I had the old brown blood a day or two before the pains began. Hospital sent me home as they couldn't locate the sac and wanted to wait a few days. Slow HCG was definitely an indication in my case.

I had 2 ectopics. Having one puts you at a much higher risk of another. Having had emergency surgery for a ruptured ectopic I would advise you to go to the maternity hospital. I did and they admitted me immediately and kept me there for 3 days. It was another ectopic so I was grateful for the close monitoring.

I hope it's not ectopic but best find out for sure.

I had an early mc last Feb. I bled for 6 weeks afterward and had to take noristhisterone (sp?) to stop the bleeding.

I'm eating like a horse, my breasts are bigger. I done a pregnancy test on Thursday and it was very fady line on a clear blue tester. Just been for a blood test this morning not sure what to think.

Just had my blood result it's gone up to 65 which still isn't high. My doc has asked me to come back next Thursday for another blood test, as they think a scan will be to early.
Any advice I'm worried
