Sore breast in pregnancy

Anyone else suffering? Almost 15 weeks and for about 4 weeks I have THE most painful right breast Sad
It's like someone is stinking a hot knitting needle into my nipple and down the side of my boob. It wakes me up at night, it's awful. Anyone find anything to help alleviate this?
