Am 33 weeks and despite getting the flu jab I think I have the flu. Although never had it before. Could barely move all day, crushing exhaustion, no appetite, horrible cough and now a temp.
Besides fluids, rest and paracetemol is there anything I need to know? At what temp should I be worried enough to call my doctor?
