Struggling with sudden symptoms 14 weeks

Hello! This is my first post here :)

I am currently 14+4 weeks pregnant! I didn't find out until I was 9+4 as I had absolutely no symptoms apart from extreme tiredness (I was sleeping for 12+ hours a day including naps lol!) and slight discomfort with my stomach feeling like I'd constantly eaten a huge meal.

It seemed that all my symptoms started when I hit 12 weeks. The tiredness has eased off somewhat, but I've started feeling sick, back aches, dizziness, heartburn, ligament pains, I can smell everything, headaches and I've gone off food almost totally. It's been a massive shock as I was generally feeling really well before!

What's bothering me is that I'm struggling to eat, I get really hungry and start fancying things but when I'm faced with food, even the things I've been fancying, I can't stand the sight or smell of it. I'm just worried in case I'm not getting enough nutrients for the little one, I've been stressing in the back of my head about the baby not developing properly and all sorts Sad

Is there anything I can do to help ease my symptoms and help me start being able to eat more?

Thank you Smile
