12+3 symptoms fading & worried

Hi all I'm 12+3 today and literally overnight my boobs have stopped hurting. They've been hard heavy and sore for weeks now and literally now they are back to normal feeling boobs. If I prod them they are still a little sore but absolutely nowhere near how they have been as I've found them quite painful.
I've also been having a pulling feeling in my tummy the past couple of days when I'm weeing, feels like my tummy is gonna drop out somehow and then have an ache quite low down for a while after using the toilet.
I don't know if any of this is normal. I read the tummy ache thing could be stretching. Has anyone else noticed symptoms fade or lessen over time?

they do say 2nd trimester symptoms fade - nausea, sore boobs, tiredness - all get less for most people as you hit the 13 week mark.

I have felt like there's a bowling ball rolling round in my tummy since about 12 weeks - apparently its my uterus and everything stretching and growing!

I also had some brown discharge and lots of twinges at 11-12 weeks which panicked me - Midwife said this is all normal and the two things to watch out for that may need a check up are:

-Sever pains across your bump that are ongoing
-fresh/red bleeding

These don't always mean something bad, but they are things that they'd would check up on if you had them

Hopefully that reassures you, but if you are worried definitely contact your midwife even if just for a chat - that's what they are there for :-) Mine was great when i had a little bleeding and talked through it all with me.

xx

I'm 18 weeks and haven't had symptoms since week 6 or so. Think it's very normal for some people...

I would count yourself lucky!!
