Travel sickness during pregnancy?

Hi all

Wondered if you could help at all. I'm 9 + 3 at the moment and generally feel ok apart from tiredness. Although the last few weeks I've been feeling fine in the mornings. Get on the train too to work and I feel like I'm going to pass out or throw up. I notice it even more when train accelerates. Do you think it could be motion sickness instead of morning sickness? It doesn't happen at a weekend either I start feeling normal around lunchtime. Then when I get on he train home again same feeling comes back. I've been commuting for 10 years now and never had travel sickness.

Is there anything anyone can recommend to make me feel a bit better?

Oh poor you Flowers

I get travel sick in the car if I'm a passenger, and on buses or trains if I'm facing the wrong way (and sometimes even when facing the right way!). This is before being pregnant by the way, and it has continued in pregnancy and feels different to morning sickness.

The only thing I've found sorts it is getting off! Not particularly helpful. But to alleviate symptoms, I find having water handy, and not allowing myself to get too hot/stuffy helps a little bit (so I would try to sit next to a window/air con). Oh, and I never NEVER read in the car/bus/train, not even my phone screen. Bleurgh.....

The only things that got me through were ice lollies. Lots and lots office lollies.
Pitch dark at 6am, train platform, eating a Jubbly lolly. I got some weird looks but drinking liquids just made me worse.
Currently 22+2 and still get the upchucks every few days 😩 hope you feel better soon!

I got really horrible travel sickness through out my pregnancies (as well as morning sickness ).
Travel sickness bands helped fo me if I put them on 10 min before getting up. Also sucking fruit pastels helped.

I'd say it was motion sickness rather than morning sickness. I never had an issue with motion sickness before pregnancy but it was sooooooooooooooo bad when I was pregnant, the car, airplanes, boats, kayaks haha The only thing that helped me was sweets, or sleeping!
