Afternoon mums to be :)
I've dreamt of being a mum for years but who knew it wouldn't be any fun? I'm 8w+4d. I'm constantly worrying about something going wrong... I have a list as long as my arm!! I've been having niggly pains near my belly button with tmi - brown blood! Left side back ache, pins and needles in my hips when I'm asleep I wake every hour or so to turn over. Had severe morning sickness that lasted day & night now it's eased off plus my breast are not as sore.
Sorry to rant on but I'm not sure whether to get a reassurance scan or am I just being a worrier? My bf says worrier!

I was the same starfish. DH has the patience of a saint. I am a huge hypochondriac so every twitch or cramp was the beginning of something bad!! Am 15 weeks now and all seems so be progressing nicely! Smile

I still have niggly aches and pains - sore coccyx, painful feet, muscle pain under my boobs where the muscles are stretching! None of its in anything I've read about pregnancy!!

DH and I had an early scan at 8 weeks. Totally worth it. It'll put your mind at ease and you get to see the amazing difference between 8 weeks and 12 weeks! Grin

If you can afford an early scan I would say go for it as the early weeks are awful! I was a wreck until 12 weeks and that was even after having a scan at 6 weeks and another at 9, it's such a scary time. I had no symptoms other than sore boobs so was convinced it was bad news but I am now 27 weeks and all is well Smile So you are probably worrying for nothing however that is completely normal! So it is worth the scan if you want one, it is such a relief to see a healthy baby in there. congratulations!
