Can anyone advise on what I can do to help ease this extreme pain I'm in? It's all over my lower back and very sore. It's worse when I lie down, which is making sleep difficult. This is my second pregnancy and I had back pain on my first, but nothing as bad as this and not until the third trimester - I'm only just gone 18 weeks now.
