Tips for itchy nipples

Hi ladies, does anyone have any tips for relieving itchy nipples? It's my newest fun symptom, started around 14 weeks and I've tried cocoa butter & coconut oil but feel like I'm making it worse and it's very un-ladylike to keep grabbing my boobs in public, or rub up against something! Thanks

I use mama mio tummy butter for bump and boobs. It's great, not cheap, but the only thing that stops the itching.

I've just ordered the Mama Mio Nipple Balm from Amazon... I'll let you know how it goes when it arrives!

Will give the shampoo a go as I've used it for itchy skin before, and I already have some. But I think I'll also make a special trip to the shops to check out the other suggestions. Thanks all!

Mine don't itch but they are tingling all the time, and it's so annoying. Nothing relieves them other than grabbing them. Hmm. I'm guessing a cream isn't going to help?

I have found that lansinoh cream was the only thing that worked this time around. You'll definitely need it if you're planning on breastfeeding, so it's worth getting a tube if you are.

I was trying to avoid them as I use Palmers cocoa butter normally which was working but the itching was unbearable and another mum recommended the Neals Yard stuff when we were both waiting for an appointment. The Burts Bees is cheaper which is why I tried that first then was given the Neals Yard one as a gift so now use both.

Ooh thanks 2015, haven't invested in any specific 'mum to be' products yet but I guess my tummy will start itching too before long, so probably worth it. Thanks

Neals Yard mamas balm at night (too greasy to wear during the day and I'm not a fan of the smell) and Burts Bees bump cream (can't remember the name) for during the day. It's stopped me itching my nipples/boobs/bump for the majority of the time.
