Anyone else 30+ weeks and thoroughly fed up? :-(

Just that really. Was bouncing with energy from about 14 weeks when the sickness and fatigue subsided up until a couple of weeks ago, and now, at 31+2, I feel so heavy and cumbersome and exhausted! The back and pelvic pains are getting worse, the restless legs are so bad they wake me up more and more frequently, and I'm just shattered! Thinking of moving my maternity leave forward by a couple of weeks - wasn't meant to be going until 38 weeks, but don't think I can cope. Feel like a complete failure for saying that though Sad. I should be able to manage, shouldn't I? Is anybody else at the point where they'd relish a horribly painful labour IMMEDIATELY just so they could stop being pregnant??

Me too! I'm 31 weeks and am thoroughly fed up, mainly because I have a heavy cold and am feeling a bit sorry for myself Grin.

33+5 here and also feel like I've definitely had enough now! Worse though that I could still have 8-9 weeks left!!

Thanks guys Smile Going into labour would be a blessed relief right now - really don't think I'm very good at being pregnant and just want it to be over! I'm just annoyed cos I thought I'd be one of those women who just sail through it....and apparently I'm not.

Give yaself a break chuck :) your not a failure at all, everybodys different, some women can happily carry on working until the end, and some suffer terribly with complications etc. if you feel you cant carry on with work now then dont! Its your body telling you to have some chill out time before baby makes arrival :) x

31 weeks and feel like I have so long left. Hating pregnancy, it's horrible and uncomfortable and then the whole forgetting everything, being clumsy and overly hormonal as well. Hate it. Fed up of nausea, pain and hope the next 9 weeks go quickly!

This is baby number 3. Would happily swap an extra round of childbirth for the nausea everytime!

I'm not scared of childbirth, I can't wait!

I could cry. And probably will. Again.

I am thoroughly fed up too Sad 36 weeks today and my section on the 6th May can't come quick enough! This morning I cried for an hour because I couldn't put my own socks on. Haven't slept for months because of my horrible SPD and now constant heartburn has decided it wants to add itself to the equation as well. Don't feel like a failure for wanting to bring your maternity leave forward, you've done well to last so long! I had to be signed off at 17 weeks, how I've not gone insane seeing the same 4 walls day in day out I'll never know! Just keep telling myself it's all worth it in the end Smile

34 + 2 here. Back, neck, legs and arms ache. I am with you! Just been told that baby has turned breach so spending hours on my hands and knees encouraging him/her to shift!

Maternity at 37 weeks and already regretting that decision. So tired, and with a 21 month DD I could do eith a week in bed to prepare for the net onslaught!

However, we do get a baby at the end, which is awesome :)

I'm 30+6 and tbh im dreading it beibg over because then I'll have a baby Shock Grin
Thissis my second so I know what's coming and am hoping it stays in there for as long as possible whereas with DD I couldn't wait for her birth.

The rib pain and multiple nighttime peeing are the only things getting me down atm, maybe in a few weeks I'll feel more desperate for it to be over :)
