Sorry, I'm whingeing I know. But the last few days I've felt really, really poorly and I'm struggling to do anything, even going to get basics from the shops and feeding the pets and so on.
I'm 30 weeks. Apparently I'm low on iron, hb is 8.7, but it's been lower with previous pregnancies and I didn't feel this terrible. So I don't know if it's that.
I'm taking iron now and that's also making me feel rubbish I think? - not the tablets but the syrup stuff, and also spatone. I don't know how much of it is that tbh.
I'm quite tired, and feel very weak - any sort of getting up and walking around is painful, my muscles are all aching especially the bump related ones, also I keep getting leg cramps and sciatic pain on and off.
Lots of pressure lower down - feels like the baby is 'engaged' though he is my third so I know that's kind of irrelevant!
but also I keep getting that kind of clammy, 'cold sweat' feeling, which I wonder if it might be the anaemia. Like I can't regulate my temperature, can't get warm, everything feels wrong like I'm not quite here.
And I'm getting very faint and dizzy on and off, and shaky, and shivery. I don't have a temperature though afaik. I just feel like I'm ill, but without an illness iykwim?
It's horrid, it's half term and my poor boys have not been out anywhere nice, most days we have not even gone outside all day.
I'm worried I'll fall over in a shop or something, it hurts so much to walk and the dizzy thing as well - but mostly, I just want to know why I feel so crap, because I'm scared it means something is really wrong and I don't know what.
Also I have no appetite, feel quite nauseous on and off (again) and nothing tastes right.
Sorry to moan. But is it possible this might be something else, and should I get checked out? I don't want to bother anyone if it's likely just to be the iron iyswim
Thankyou

Is it normal to feel this rubbish in the third trimester? Or could it be something else?
