Best hands free breast pumps?

I have the Frawpow which is so uncomfortable and quite bulky also temperamental doesn't always work.
Would like to get a well known brand now like Medela or Elvie but would like some recommendations and true reviews. How did you find them, which ones and were they any good.
Briefly had a look at medala and elvie but very confusing 🙈
