Pregnancy with a prolapse and 3rd degree tear

Hi everyone.

A quick back story, 6 months ago I had a forceps delivery, episiotomy and 3b tear.
I’ve recently found out I’ve got a slight rectocele. If we go on to have another child I would opt for a c section as I’ve had issues from the tear. I’m just wondering if any mummy’s had a prolapse and went on to have more children did it make it worse even by c section?
