I'm really struggling ! Exactly a year ago I gave birth and still 2 stone away from where I need to be.

I calorie count and do a body combat twice a week

It's still not shifting !

Has anyone got any top tips , I just want to fit into my jeans again 😐

5 weeks to get back into my jeans and just less than 3 months to get under my pre pregnancy weight. However I was in the gym for two hours every day Monday to Friday and an hour on Sundays from the baby being a week old and also walking 4 miles a day.
I would not recommend that to anyone and looking back I don't know what I was thinking!!

Be kind to yourself. Also might be worth adding some prolonged cardio like running, swimming, cycling. Spin is really good. Are you drinking enough water? Do you have a varied diet? Check your portion sizes. Lack of sleep, increased stress can impact on weight loss to. Whatever you do dont go on a fad diet, they dont work. Exercise 4 times a week and eat plenty of vegetables.

I hope you get to your target weight soon but please dont stress about it. You made and carried a child, your body needs pampering mind body and soul.

Don't forget that your body may have changed shape. My hips are still wider 11 years on, and my breasts are fuller, although I weigh fractionally less now than pre-kids.

First time around, six months or so. I remember running a 10k when DS was 5 months old, doing a decent time, and being back to "normal."

Second time, around six months again, but I carried on and lost more weight on top, to get down to a size 8/10 instead of a 10/12.

I'd advise upping your activity levels (classes twice a week aren't really going to cut it) and watching portion sizes? Worked for me, anyway...

Yeah my DC starts school soon....

I'm come to the realisation that nothing is going back to where it was before I was pregnant - my shape has changed completely and so whilst I've probably lost the baby weight per se I still look/feel
Bigger than I did before because my hips and boobs are bigger - I've got a "mumsy" shape now 😱

No tips, just to say I know how you feel. My DD is 20 months and I still have a similar amount to lose to you. Not a clue how to get rid of it!
