a 19 month old with colic?!

Help! I still have to wind my 19 month old for an hour at night or he wakes up screaming. Surely this isn't right?!

That doesn't sound right at all. I'm assuming you've asked your GP and or HV whether there's more to it than colic/gas?

I would suggest massage. I may be biased on the subject as it's what I do for a living but the mums I teach baby massage to really notice the improvement in their babies and it's fun.

Your baby is too old now for classes run by my association but you can buy the book by Vimala McClure- Infant Massage, A Handbook For Loving Parents which all the strokes are taken from. There's a routine especially for colic.
