Headlice

Hi,

I discovered dd had headlice this morning. When I treated her with Full Marks solution I only saw about three or four fully grown headlice but I can still see little brown specks in her hair. They don't look like lice and do not move but what are they? Could they be the old eggs that the lice hatched from?

I'm confused and google is hopeless!
